24 hour 7 day a week locker service available for all parcels/packages pick-ups. This includes making arrangements for anytime pick-ups for oversized deliveries.

Ordering Clothing? A dressing room is available on site for your convenience.

A loading dock is available for oversized/large/heavy/pallet pickups.
We have a pallet jack and rollers to move larger/ heavier packages.

Free Wifi is available on-site to eliminate roaming. This can help you review your account, prepare invoices for border crossing.

Package Returns assistance is provided free of charge. We offer free return label printing, tape, packing materials and boxes are always available!

Full service outbound shipping available. We can provide quotes/shipping tracking labels for outbound shipments via UPS and USPS. Domestic and international.

Online International Package forwarding is available. Simply reply to your InOut Parcel email notification with the forwarding request and free quotes will be provided for your review.

Letter Mail acceptance is available for all customer accounts. Letter mail forwarding and/or image scan options are also an available option.
(We do NOT process Junk Mail/Non First Class Mail/Magazines/Catalogs).

All arrivals are filed the same day, and customers are notified via email with Pick-up details/instructions.

How do you open a customer account at InOut Parcel? This step is so EASY!
There is NO sign-up fee, NO annual fee, NO contract! You will only see a charge to your account if you ship an item here and it is received/processed to your account for pick-up.
Registration will ask you 4 questions:
- Your email address to notify you of all arrivals
- Your Name
- Names of any authorized individuals for pick-ups on your account.
- If you opt-in or out to receive letter mail.
You will then receive an email with your unique customer number that you will include in the shipping address for all deliveries shipped to InOut Parcel.
If you have any further questions please send us an email to Support@inoutparcel.com. We respond to all emails within the same business day.
P2P Special Customer Offer!
Once you have completed your registration and received your new InOut Parcel customer number, Please send us an email to Support@inoutparcel.com. As a thank you, Staff will add 2 free tokens to your account. This means the first 2 deliveries will be received free of charge. This will help you try us out.
